Welcome to the terms and conditions page for the JIFIJI website. Before placing your order, please take the time to thoroughly read them. You accept the terms and conditions shown below by using this website and/or placing an order. Please read our Privacy Statement in relation to any personal data you have submitted. If you have any questions about these terms and conditions prior to placing an order, please contact our customer service staff by email at jifijimail@gmail.com. These terms may occasionally change without prior notification to you. Any orders placed after then will be subject to the modifications.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We have made every possible effort to correctly display the colours of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see can vary depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will exactly reflect the colour of the product when it arrives. All sizes and measurements are approximate. However, we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise specified, all sizes are in UK sizes.

When the appropriate information is uploaded into the system, we will take all reasonable precautions to guarantee that all details, descriptions, and pricing of items appearing on the website are correct. However, we reserve the right to deny orders if product information, including pricing and promotions, has been incorrectly disclosed.

Goods are subject to availability since there is a time gap between when an order is placed and when it is accepted; the stock status for specific products may vary. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we receive the order, we shall notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for the out of stock items.

All products should be checked as soon as they arrive. Any damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days to be eligible for a replacement. Custom-made items are not eligible for replacement.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

We will send you an email acknowledging your order after you place it on our website. Please double-check your purchase before hitting the confirm button since you won't be able to modify it once you've completed the checkout process and verified your order. The option to reject an order is one we retain. A number of factors, such as the ordered goods being out of stock, our failure to get payment authorization, or the discovery of a mistake in the product information, such as the price or promotion, might lead to the non-acceptance of an order. We will get in touch with you if there are any issues with your order. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. Where applicable, you may cancel your order by your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

What information do we collect?

  • We collect your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number when you order from us. Our shopping cart providers, PayPal.com and Sagepay, hold your credit card information securely. We also gather information on any third party who may receive any item you send them (including the person's name and address), and we will retain a record of your purchases.

  • We do NOT store your credit card information on our website or keep your credit card details in our office - details are held securely in an encrypted format by Paypal.com and Sagepay.

Printing and Embroidery

Terms & Conditions for Businesses

1. AGREEMENT

These terms and conditions apply to any contracts for the sale of printed/embroidered products (hereafter referred to as 'the goods') and services entered into between JiFiJi (hereafter referred to as 'the Business') and any Customer (hereafter referred to as 'the Customer'). These terms can only be changed with the Company's written approval.

2. ORDERS

Unless otherwise expressed in writing, all orders for the supply of goods placed by the Purchaser with the Company are irreversible. A confirmed order may only be cancelled or modified with the written consent of the Company. Such consent shall not affect the Company's ability to claim compensation (including profit) from the overall Customer for any loss or expenditure resulting from such cancellation or termination of the original order.

3. SPECIFICATION (CUSTOM GOODS)

Absolute consistency of sizes (Which are approximate "to fit" sizes), materials, proportions, colours, and shades are not guaranteed by the Company and are given as guidance only. Decoration positioning may vary between garments, and exact positioning can not be guaranteed. Where large prints are placed on smaller shirts, we can not guarantee complete straight print lines on these garments because the garments are removed from the platon and can usually be pulled back into shape. Occasionally, repeat orders may find the garment colour slightly different from the previous order. We can not guarantee the exact ink colour unless a Pantone colour reference is supplied, and even then, we can not guarantee a 100% colour match. JIFIJI cannot be held responsible for these changes.

All artwork supplied by the Customer will be transferred to a template depicting the size and positioning of front and rear views. The Customer will be required to provide a thorough check, including size positioning and spelling, before any screen printing. We will print the garment to match the proof. JIFIJI cannot be held responsible for any errors, including spelling mistakes identified in the artwork after the Customer has given their approval and screen printing, has commenced.

All textile goods must be washed and cleaned strictly by the washing label instructions attached to the goods. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend specifications without prior notice.

Inks used during the textile printing process will inevitably fade over time. However, the speed at which they fade will depend on many factors, including washing temperature, number of washes, exposure to sunlight, etc. Therefore, JIFIJI cannot be held responsible for fading ink colour(s) during use. This is usually most noticeable with black ink.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of confirming the order and /or at the checkout.

5. DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

The Company will do its best efforts to deliver the goods on the stated delivery date, but does not guarantee it. Under no circumstances may the Company be liable to the Customer for any loss, damage, or expenditures caused directly or indirectly by or resulting from any delay in the delivery of the goods. Over this value, delivery is made by an independent carrier. Delivery to the carrier will be deemed as being delivered to the Customer. Claims for shortages or non-delivery must be supported by the carrier's consignment or delivery note on which the goods have been signed and checked at the time of delivery. Shortages or non-delivery must be reported by phone within two working days and in writing within three working days. Any loss or damage caused by the Customer after delivery is solely his or her responsibility.

6. PRICES

The Company maintains the right to change the prices of goods and other services at any moment. Unless otherwise noted, all prices for items are provided exclusive of taxes and duties. The Customer agrees that the items will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipment. Quotes are valid for two weeks from the day they are sent.

7. CLAIMS AGAINST THE BUSSINES

All claims regarding goods alleged to be defective and missing must be made in writing within seven days from the date of delivery.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

The JIFIJI shall not be under any liability for non-performance in whole or in part of its obligations under the contract due to causes beyond the Company's reasonable control or of the Company's suppliers or due to labour disputes.

12. CANCELLATIONS

The JIFIJI reserves the right to refuse cancellations of confirmed orders placed by the Customer and refuse acceptance of goods returned to the JIFIJI without permission. The JIFIJI does not trade on a 'sale or return basis. Any expenses incurred as a result of cancelling a confirmed order will be paid for by the customer.

14. RECTIFICATION OF THESE TERMS

Suppose any of these terms or any part of these terms is unenforceable or void in law. In that case, it shall not affect the remainder of such terms or any other such term or otherwise affect the contract and shall be replaced by such valid time as soon as possible in effect to the original term.

15. JURISDICTION

The laws of England and Wales shall govern all contracts between the Company and the Customers. Any disputes arising from there shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

PAYMENT & SECURITY

We accept Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. If you have paid on your credit card, you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. After that, we will email you to confirm dispatch. If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged when the goods are ordered when you click on the confirm and pay option. If we cannot ship your goods for some reason, the value of the items that are not dispatched will be refunded to the original payment method.

Further information for overseas customers: all overseas transactions must be paid for by direct bank transfer unless agreed before the sale.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage. We may use your information to prevent and detect fraud in assessing your request for goods or services. One of the purposes we may disclose your address and postcode details is to check against the IMRG Security Alert or any other Fraud Prevention Scheme. At all times where we disclose your information, it will remain secure. If you believe your details are incorrect, you may correct those details by following the procedure set out in our privacy policy.
