Shipping Policy
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Orders under £75 will incur a delivery fee of £4.99. UK mainland shipping is free for orders over £75. Shipping prices are based on shipping within the mainland UK and excluding Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland, and all the Islands. Next working day delivery is temporarily unavailable.

1-2 WORKING DAY DELIVERY
Our orders are sent on a 2-3 working day delivery service. This is an all-day service which runs from 6am-9pm Monday-Friday. You will receive your tracking information by email or text message on the day of delivery. If for some reason this doesn't happen, please contact our office so a member of our friendly staff can acquire this information for you.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch your items within two to three working days of receiving your order. We will then send it to you using a two working day delivery service. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any delays or losses experienced once the products have left our premises. Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive.
(The couriers will make one delivery attempt; the couriers reserve the right to leave your item with an immediate neighbour unless otherwise specified in your delivery instructions. This is due to our parcels being sent on a signed for service. You will have the option to collect your parcel from a pick-up shop, leave it in a safe place or allocate a neighbour for delivery - should you not be available after the first delivery attempt. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 28-day return policy. You can return your order within this time for a full refund. This does not include custom made items.
You have up to 14 days to notify us that you're returning an item, and then up to 14 days to return it as long as it's unused. We will not accept any items that have been used or altered under any circumstances.
We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. If you bought any things that you no longer need, you can return them for a full refund. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Please keep in mind that we do not pay for return postage, and it is your obligation to guarantee that the things reach us, so we recommend using a signed for service. We will refund the original delivery charge if you return your whole, complete order. Part returns will only be refunded for the items received.
